Crediting VehiclesDB (required)
Attribution is a CONDITION of the CC-BY 4.0 license (§3(a)) — every public use of this data must visibly credit VehiclesDB with a link. The form we request:

- Website: a visible, followable link — e.g. in your footer: Vehicle data by VehiclesDB
- App / no website: name us in the app description or an about/credits screen: "Vehicle data by VehiclesDB (vehiclesdb.com)".
- Papers / datasets: cite the repo URL and the version you used.
The upstream notices below are UNCONDITIONAL: they discharge the source registers' own license terms (OGL v3, CC-BY, dl-de/by-2-0) and apply to every consumer of this data, under every VehiclesDB license, commercial included.
The VehiclesDB dataset (CC-BY 4.0) is reconciled from the following official sources. Each license's prescribed statement is reproduced verbatim as required (CC-BY 4.0 §3(a); OGL v3; and siblings).
